You can order online using a credit card ( visa, mc, or canadian amex only) all prices will be billed in either US or CAD dollars depending on your location. All orders are processed using the latest in secure technology and PLYNT certified servers so you can be sure your transaction details are safe.
All credit card orders show as billed by "Innersight Trading" on your statement there is no mention of smokeface.com to please be aware , any chargebacks or fraud will be disputed to the fullest extent.
Mail Orders
You can also order using the mail and send in your payment. We accept cash, money orders, and bank drafts. No personal checks sorry. If you send in a money order or bank draft make sure it is made payable to Innersight Trading or it will be returned. All money orders need to be "international" and cashable in Canada. USA orders send US funds, Canadian orders send CAD funds, all other locations please send in CAD or USD funds.

All orders are shipped from the Canadian head office using Canadapost.ca. There is a variety of shipping options to choose from at the time you checkout they will be displayed. Some of them include tracking and insurance and others do not. If you choose to send your order without tracking and insurance the liability is on you. If you choose tracking and insurance your order is guaranteed to arrive intact and discreet.
All orders are shipped in a plain white or brown envelope / box depending on the size of the order. The only information that is displayed outside the box is the shipping addres and the return address showing "Innersight Trading" and does not mention Smokeface.com or the contents of the package. If your ordering from the USA or International location outside of Canada we might be required to include a customs document describing the contents and the value, if this is necessary it will be a vauge and private description to protect prying eyes and keep your discretion.
